About This Product

Yesterday's Minimum Wind Chill / Heat Index map plots the lowest "feels like" temperature at each Mesonet station. Thus, depending on the season, the map plots either:

  1. the lowest wind chill (if temperature is less than 50 F),
  2. the lowest heat index (if temperature is greater than 80 F), or
  3. the lowest temperature (if temperature is between 50 and 80 F) since midnight at each Mesonet station.

This map is updated every 5 minutes.
