OK-FIRE Fall 2024 Workshops

OK-FIRE is pleased to announce its fall workshop schedule, which will consist of two in-person options and one virtual option.
- McAlester (in-person): Thursday, October 10, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Woodward (in-person): Thursday, November 7, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Virtual: Wednesday, December 11 – Thursday, December 12, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
The workshops will include a combination of presentations, case studies, and interactive lab exercises. Focus will be given to the OK-FIRE website, components of fire danger, forecast and monitoring products, real-life emergency management scenarios, and prescribed burning.
McAlester Registration McAlester deadline: Thursday, October 3
Woodward Registration Woodward deadline: Thursday, October 31
Virtual Registration Virtual deadline: Thursday, December 4
Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please let us know by replying to the confirmation email you received no later than 1 week before the workshop.
